Job summary

RSM UK is launching an Early Career data analytics pathway within the Audit Data Analytics Team. You’ll design and build in-house applications that support audit teams, transforming requirements into practical features and ensuring reliability.

You’ll work with developers and data specialists to refine products, while monitoring performance and adoption. You’ll gain hands-on experience in finance, accounting and analytics, with study toward CFAB and access to technology skills training that

Qualifications

• Minimum UCAS points across three A levels or equivalent qualifications.
• Right to live and work in the UK for this role.
• Genuine interest in technology and data analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Close attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain in-house applications used by audit teams across RSM UK.
• Translate audit requirements into practical app features that are simple, reliable and user-friendly.
• Support the development and testing of tools that standardise audit procedures and improve consistency.
• Collaborate with developers, data specialists and audit stakeholders to refine products before release.
• Monitor app performance, gather user feedback and ensure tools meet audit needs.
• Study towards CFAB qualification to deepen finance and accounting knowledge.
