AAB is a leading professional services firm seeking an Audit Assistant Manager in Bolton. You will manage a portfolio of clients within External Audit, delivering high-quality assignments from planning through to completion.

The role emphasizes leadership, delegation, and building professional relationships. We require ACA/ACCA (or equivalent), with experience in developing client portfolios and mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• Professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) or be newly/part-qualified.
• Experience in supporting management and development of a client portfolio.
• Experience coaching and mentoring colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and development of a portfolio of clients.
• Demonstrate effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and professional standards.
• Provide proactive service to clients and contribute to tenders/proposals.
• Develop work from existing clients and assist in business development.
