AAB is a leading professional services firm with External Audit specialists. We are looking for an experienced professional to manage and grow a client portfolio, delivering high-quality audit services from Bolton.

Role involves coaching staff, driving business development, and maintaining strong client relationships within the External Audit team. Role is based in Bolton with 4-5 days in the office or on client sites.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification (CA/ACCA) or equivalent experience.
• Experience of managing and developing a client portfolio.
• Experience of coaching and mentoring colleagues.
• Good experience of business development.
• This role will be 4-5 days in the office or on client site.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing a portfolio of clients and supporting team members.
• Ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues.
