RSM UK is offering an External Audit school/college leaver apprenticeship. You will work with audit colleagues to review clients’ financial records and controls, helping ensure the accuracy of statements.

You’ll begin studying towards the Chartered Accountant qualification on day one, with exams within the first months and continued support throughout. You’ll join a team where you contribute from day one, handle client work in small teams initially, and progress to individual responsibility.

Competenze

• Minimum UCAS points across three A levels (or equivalent) or Irish Leaving Certificate/Scottish Highers equivalents.
• Right to live and work in the UK for this role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data to solve problems.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.

• Work with audit colleagues to conduct thorough, risk-focused reviews of clients’ financial records, processes, and controls.
• Contribute to ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and build trust with stakeholders.
