Menzies is hiring an Audit Administrator for our Woking office. You will support the audit lifecycle with core operational and administrative tasks, enabling audit professionals to focus on high‑quality audits and client service.

The role offers varied exposure across the business, collaboration with senior leaders, and strong development opportunities within our Audit & Assurance Corporate team.

Qualifikationen

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent time management.
• Confident, professional communicator; collaborative approach with colleagues and clients.
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Able to maintain accurate records and escalate issues when needed.

Aufgaben

• Audit workflow coordination – manage schedules, milestones and deadlines.
• Resourcing administration – support planning and scheduling, stocktake allocations.
• Client and audit information coordination – handle information requests and readiness.
• Billing and financial administration – manage invoices, WIP and budgets.
• Audit completion and archiving – monitor deadlines and maintain records.
• Team and business support – maintain trackers, assist CRM, proposals and tenders.
