We do need you to have a few skills to get started in this role. You’ll need to have previous people management experience, be a great communicator, have an eye for detail, be flexible and adaptable, a passionate people person, organised, and hard-working. Ideally, we’d love for you to have previous experience working in an Optics business, but a clinical or audiology background will be just as valuable.
