Pulse has recently partnered with a leading ear care provider. We are currently looking for an experienced Audiologist who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Norwich, which is easily accessible via public transport.

About the role:
As an Audiologist, you will be working in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure the service to patients is planned, delivered, and evaluated in line with evidence-based practice. You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to help create and maintain a robust service whilst seamlessly incorporating other centre services.

Your main responsibilities as an Audiologist:

• Conduct hearing tests for potential customers in accordance with the HCPC standards of proficiency and standards of performance, conduct and ethics, and BSHAA code of practice and guidelines.
• Advise on and sell suitable remedial hearing solutions based on testing in accordance with HCPC standards, care of practice, and guidelines.
• Process orders and carry out other administrative tasks as per company requirements.
• Deliver excellent aftersales service, respond to service calls, and resolve issues and queries promptly and professionally.

What we are looking for in an Audiologist:

• Bachelor's degree in Audiology or equivalent.
• HCPC Registration (in progress).
• Experience working as an Audiologist in the NHS or private sector.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driver’s license.
• Willingness to work both mobile and in-store.
