Job summary

Harvey Nash seeks an AV Project/Program Management- or AV Deployment Lead for a London onsite role. This contingent position focuses on hands-on deployment support for AV refresh, integration, and event space commissioning across multiple international sites.

You will partner with Regional Program Managers, vendor teams and site operations to ensure projects stay on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Strong procurement and AV/VC knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Track and report on project status, risks, and blockers with proactive escalation
• Support PO creation, equipment tracking, and delivery verification
• 5+ years in program coordination, project management, or technical deployment roles
• Hands-on AV/VC deployments including room builds, refresh cycles, commissioning
• Strong vendor management and logistics coordination to maintain momentum
• Ability to manage multiple deployments across sites/regions

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on execution support for technology deployment and AV refresh programs

• Monitor progress, risks and blockers and escalate to keep delivery on track

Job Title: AV Project/Program Management- or AV Deployment Lead

Contract: 12 months+

Location: London (Onsite)

Role Overview

• We are seeking a Technical Deployment Lead / Integration Coordinator (Contingent Worker) to provide hands-on execution support for technology deployment, AV refresh and event space commissioning programs
• across international sites. This is a tactical, delivery-focused role that partners closely with Regional Program Managers, vendor teams, cross-functional partners, and site operations to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and to our quality standards.

Mandatory Skills:

• Track and report on project status, risks, and blockers — escalating proactively when timelines are at risk
• Support procurement workflows including PO creation, equipment tracking, and delivery verification
• 5+ years experience in program coordination, project management, or technical deployment roles
• Hands-on experience with AV (Audio Visual)/VC (Video Conferencing) technology deployments (room builds, refresh cycles, commissioning)
• Strong vendor management and logistics coordination skills priorities and maintain delivery momentum
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deployments across different sites/regions

Good to have skills:

• Experience in corporate AV/IT environments (enterprise video conferencing, event production)
• Familiarity with procurement processes (PO workflows, BOM management, vendor RFQs)
