Job summary

Scruffy Dog Creative Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager with AVLP expertise to plan and deliver projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate technical teams, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets required standards.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies, while ensuring clear client communication and compliance with safety requirements in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within AV, events, exhibitions or similar technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of AVLP systems and their integration.
• Experience managing technical teams, suppliers and multiple project stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, contractors and technical specialists.
• Oversee AV, video, lighting and projection requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project risks, issues and dependencies and implement solutions.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective delivery.
• Coordinate procurement, installation and commissioning activities where required.
