Job summary

Global Technology Company in London is seeking an experienced Technical Deployment Lead to coordinate AV/VC installations, meeting room upgrades and collaboration technology deployments across its international offices. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role working with AV integrators, technical teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

This position requires 5+ years' experience in AV/VC deployment and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in AV/VC deployment or technical project delivery.
• Proven experience coordinating corporate AV installations and meeting room deployments.
• Strong vendor management, logistics and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Technical understanding of enterprise AV and video conferencing systems.
• Ability to manage multiple deployments simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AV/VC deployments, installations, technology refreshes and commissioning.
• Manage deployment schedules, site readiness and installation milestones.
• Coordinate external AV integrators, vendors and installation contractors.
• Collaborate with IT, Facilities, Security and Workplace Technology teams.
• Track risks, dependencies, equipment deliveries and project progress.
• Support procurement, purchase orders, BOMs and deployment documentation.
• Coordinate project handovers across multiple international locations.

Technical Deployment Lead – AV/VC | Global Technology Company

Location: London – 5 days onsite

Contract: 12 months

Pay: £38.94 per hour PAYE

• Bonus: 15% company bonus (subject to scheme terms)
• Holiday: 25 days paid annual leave

Hours: 40 hours per week

Travel: International travel across EMEA and APAC

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing multiple deployments simultaneously.
• Availability for 5 days onsite in London and international travel.

Nice to Have

• Experience within global technology companies or multinational environments.
• Background with an AV systems integrator.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms or Cisco collaboration technology.
• CTS, PRINCE2 or PMP certification.
