AVS Smart Automation, based in Weybridge and serving London and Surrey, is a trusted provider of Electrical, Audio-Visual, and Security solutions with over a decade of expertise in Smart Home technology. We deliver advanced surveillance, smart home automation, and AV installations, prioritizing excellence and personalized customer service.

We are seeking a full-time AV Engineer to join our team, working on-site across Surrey and London.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with Control4 systems. Responsibilities include designing, installing, and maintaining audio-visual systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and integrating AV solutions tailored to client needs. The role requires close collaboration with clients to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Control4 systems
• Experience with Lutron systems is preferred but not mandatory
• Skilled in building and configuring AV/Communications racks
• Proficient in AV system design, integration, and troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
