Job summary

NHS National Services Scotland invites applications for the post of Audio Typist/Clerical Officer within the Medicine Directorate at Ninewells Hospital. You will undertake audio typing and clerical duties with accurate keyboard skills and clear communication.

You should work well in a team, have knowledge of medical terminology, and experience with medical record processing or hospital IT systems would be advantageous. Hours are 36 per week, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for an individual who can undertake audio typing and clerical duties. You should have accurate keyboard skills along with excellent communication skills and experience of general office duties. The ability to work within a team environment is essential. Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in medical record processing/hospital IT systems would be advantageous.
