The Mirror is seeking an adaptable Audience Engagement Producer to grow our digital readership. You will identify opportunities across platforms, tailor content for social, newsletters and direct messaging, and drive engagement while mentoring other producers.

This home-and-hub role is London-based (Canary Wharf) with a 5-on-7 rota, offering benefits and a supportive environment committed to inclusive storytelling and proactive audience growth.

Qualifications

• Adaptable audience advocate with excellent communication skills and newsroom writing experience.
• Strong track record of expanding digital reach across platforms and channels.
• Experience growing audiences via social, newsletters or SEO.

Responsibilities

• Identify key audience opportunities, new growth areas, and off-platform channels to reach readers and expand registered users.
• Package content tailored for specific platforms to drive engagement across social media, newsletters, and direct messaging.
• Set growth principles, mentor Engagement Producers, and provide management and performance support.
• Manage social channels, curate newsletters, and lead distribution tasks and newsroom projects.
• Collaborate across departments and support a diverse, high-performance team.
