You will mentor team members, deliver growth projects, and balance daily execution with agile, high-priority initiatives. Hybrid role linked to the London hub, Canary Wharf commute welcomed.

Qualifications

• Adaptable audience advocate with strong communication skills.
• Experience in newsroom writing and digital storytelling.
• Track record of expanding digital reach across platforms.
• Knowledge of media law and compliance.
• Strong understanding of social media, newsletters and engagement best practices.

• Identify key audience opportunities and off-platform channels to grow readers and registered users.
• Package content for platforms to drive engagement across social, newsletters and direct messaging.
• Set growth principles and mentor Engagement Producers with guidance and performance support.
• Manage social channels, curate newsletters and lead high-priority distribution tasks.
• Collaborate across departments and support an inclusive, high-performance work environment.
