Job summary

The Mirror, part of Reach, is seeking an Audience Editor to drive audience growth across its portfolio. You will pinpoint high-value opportunities, package content for various platforms and manage social media, newsletters, and direct messaging distribution.

You will mentor team members, deliver growth projects, and balance daily execution with agile, high-priority initiatives while working from a London hub with a home-and-hub model.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to grow digital audiences across platforms.
• Experience creating platform-tailored content for social media, newsletters and DMs.
• Strong newsroom writing experience with a focus on local/national storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value audience opportunities and off-platform channels.
• Package content for platforms to maximize engagement and distribution.
• Set growth principles and mentor Engagement Producers; provide guidance and performance support.
