Sytner Group is seeking a passionate and driven Used Car Performance Manager to join our Leicester Audi dealership. You will lead and coach the sales team, drive profitability and manage enquiries, implementing effective sales plans to ensure outstanding customer service.

This full-time role may include weekend work to maintain high levels of service for our customers.

About the role

Sytner Group is looking for a passionate and driven Used Car Performance Manager to join our motivated sales team at Leicester Audi.

As a Sytner Performance Manager, you will report to the Used Car Sales Manager and will be responsible for leading and coaching the sales team, driving profitability and enquiry management within the Dealership. You will implement effective sales plans and ensure that you deliver outstanding customer service.

This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About you

This role would suit an individual with a broad knowledge of the motor trade and somebody with an outstanding track record in either sales or sales management within the motor industry. Well-developed leadership and communication skills are also required.

You will need exceptionally high standards, great initiative and the ability to work in a logical and cost-effective manner. You will be able to bring new and innovative ideas into the department and will continue to drive performance, whilst challenging the status quo.
