Job summary

Ormiston Bridge Academy in Fulham is seeking an Attendance Officer to be the friendly first contact for parents and carers. You will follow up on absences, look for patterns, and work with the Pastoral Team to remove barriers to attendance.

You’ll also act as one of our first aiders, with full training, and help manage medication and healthcare plans. The role is permanent and full-time (term time plus 5 days) and requires an Enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with parents and carers.
• Organised and data-driven, able to manage absence patterns.
• Calm under pressure with a caring approach.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on student absences and identify patterns.
• Work with families and the Pastoral Team to remove barriers to attendance.
• Assist with student welfare, including medication management as a first aider.
