Uffculme School is seeking a dedicated Attendance Officer on a full-time permanent basis. You will work with staff, pupils and families to support improving attendance and ensure student safety.

You will have a keen eye for detail and be thorough in monitoring attendance data, coordinating interventions and reporting as required to senior leaders.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to build trust with students and families, and a proactive approach to early intervention.
