Job summary

Waltham Toll Bar Academy is recruiting an Attendance Officer to promote and enforce regular attendance across the Academy. The postholder will work with senior colleagues, families and external agencies to support pupils and remove barriers to learning.

Responsibilities include managing first day absence procedures, supporting Heads of Year with attendance and welfare issues, monitoring attendance data, liaising with parents, and safeguarding by using CPOMS where appropriate, while maintaining
