Job summary

Uffculme School is recruiting an Attendance & Welfare Officer to ensure attendance targets are met and to promote pupil wellbeing. The role is 37 hours per week, permanent, 8:00am–4:00pm, term-time plus 3 INSET days (38 weeks and 3 days per year).

Salary is £31,525–£34,811 FTE, with actual salaries for this post in the £25,719–£29,504 range, NJC points 16–22. The successful candidate will work with staff, pupils and families to raise attendance and safeguard students.
