Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily attendance and identify unexplained absences.
• Contact parents to establish reasons for absence and follow up.
• Maintain accurate attendance records using the school's system.
• Prepare attendance reports and identify patterns of concern.
• Support meetings with families and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Escalate safeguarding or persistent absence concerns to appropriate staff.
