Northampton Academy is seeking an efficient, well-organised officer to join the pastoral team. You will support with close monitoring of student attendance and work toward ensuring high attendance and strong educational outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have administrative experience in an educational setting, remain calm under pressure, be friendly and professional with students, staff and parents. Experience with Arbor MIS and strong IT skills are desirable, and attention to detail is

• Administrative experience in an educational setting is desirable.
