Ormiston Bridge Academy in Fulham is seeking an Attendance Officer to be the friendly first contact for parents and carers. You will follow up on absences, spot attendance patterns, and collaborate with our Pastoral Team to remove barriers to attendance.
Some days you’ll be on the phone, others visiting homes, with real opportunities to make a difference. You’ll help look after student welfare as a first aider (full training provided), including managing medication and healthcare plans.
As our Attendance Officer, you'll be the friendly first contact for parents and carers. You'll follow up on absences, look for patterns in attendance, and work with families and our Pastoral Team to remove whatever is keeping students away. Some days you'll be on the phone, some days you'll be on a home visit, and there will be plenty of chances to make a real difference.
You'll also look after student welfare as one of our first aiders (we'll give you full training), including managing medication and healthcare plans. We'd love to hear from you if you're organised, calm under pressure, good with data and caring towards families. This is a permanent, full-time role (term time plus 5 days) and requires an Enhanced DBS check.
