Job summary

Richmond Hill Academy is seeking an Attendance and Inclusion Officer to promote excellent attendance, punctuality and inclusion across the academy. You will work with pupils, families, staff and external agencies to remove barriers to attendance and to improve outcomes.

You will provide administrative support to the SENDCo, ensuring SEND records, annual reviews and statutory processes are effectively coordinated.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of attendance improvement strategies and interventions.
• Experience working with parents/carers, external agencies and other professionals.
• Understanding of SEND procedures and statutory processes.
• Experience working in a school or educational setting.
