Job summary

Richmond Hill Academy in Leeds is seeking an Attendance and Inclusion Officer to promote excellent attendance, punctuality and inclusion across the academy.

You will work with pupils, families, staff and external agencies to remove barriers to attendance and improve outcomes, providing administrative support to the SENDCo and coordinating SEND records, annual reviews and statutory processes.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
• Knowledge of attendance improvement strategies and interventions.
• Experience collaborating with parents/carers, external agencies and other professionals.
• Understanding of SEND procedures and statutory processes.
• Experience working in a school or educational setting.

Responsibilities
