Job summary

Heathcote Primary School is seeking a Family Support and Attendance Officer to join its Inclusion Team. The role focuses on overcoming barriers to attendance, wellbeing and learning, working with children, families and external agencies.

• Organised, resilient, and able to manage a varied caseload.
• Commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and high expectations for all children.

Responsibilities

• Lead Early Help work and coordinate Team Around the Family meetings.
