Gracewood Academy, part of Future Academies, invites applications for an Attendance Officer to support our improving school in Hertfordshire. The role focuses on promoting punctuality and managing attendance records, with a professional and welcoming experience for students, families and visitors.

The successful candidate will monitor attendance, run daily absence procedures, work with pupils, parents and external agencies, and produce attendance reports to support school leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and maintain accurate attendance records.
• Manage daily absence procedures and trigger interventions.
• Collaborate with pupils, parents/carers, staff and external agencies.
• Carry out home visits where appropriate to support engagement and welfare.
• Produce attendance reports to support school leaders.
