Teaching Vacancies in the United Kingdom is seeking an Attendance Officer to manage day-to-day attendance systems and drive high attendance levels across the school. You will monitor attendance, coordinate daily administration, and address issues with pupils, families, and staff.

• Be exceptionally well organised and able to meet strict deadlines.
• Work effectively in partnership with pupils, parents, staff and governors.

Responsabilités

• Monitoring and tracking pupil attendance.
• Co-ordinating the administration of attendance on a daily basis.
• Identifying and addressing individual attendance issues.
• Collaborating with pupils, parents, and teachers to improve attendance and punctuality.
• Developing and implementing strategies to boost attendance rates.
• Working alongside senior staff and external agencies to develop and implement effective whole school attendance strategies.
• Building positive, caring relationships with our families and working closely with those who require support.
