David Ross Education Trust is seeking an Attendance Information Officer for Havelock Academy. The role is 3 days per week during term time, 8:00am–4:00pm, with responsibility for attendance information and analysis to guide decisions for improved attendance across pupils.

You will maintain accurate attendance records, administer daily checks, and generate reports using the Bromcom MIS, collaborating with leaders to address gaps and ensure timely communications with families.

Qualifikationen

• Educated to NVQ level 3/4 or equivalent.
• GCSEs including English and Maths, with good literacy.

• Maintain attendance and lateness records accurately.
• Generate attendance reports to inform decisions.
• Administer daily attendance and punctuality checks.
• Record late arrivals and absences in MIS (Bromcom).
• Administer Fixed Penalty Notices.
