Job description

Job Title: Administrative and Pastoral Support

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional administrative and pastoral support within our educational setting. The successful candidate will work closely with the Attendance Manager to improve student attendance and punctuality, while also handling routine administrative tasks.

Key Qualities and Responsibilities:
  1. Enthusiastic, motivated, well-organized, and reliable.
  2. Collaborate with the Attendance Manager to achieve attendance targets.
  3. Support students and families proactively to enhance achievement.
  4. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Proficient in administration, organization, and ICT skills.
  6. Manage a diverse and demanding workload under pressure to meet deadlines.

The salary will depend on qualifications and experience.

All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with potential for permanence in the future.
