Job summary

Acron Aviation Academy is seeking a Contract Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (TKI) at our Crawley, UK training centre. The role involves delivering CAA/EASA ATPL theory instruction as part of 750 hours of compulsory coursework, with exams set by CAA/EASA.

We require teaching experience in classrooms, credibility from aviation background, and the ability to engage diverse trainees. This ad invites flexible, ad-hoc engagements to supplement current commitments.

Qualifications

• Teaching experience in a classroom setting essential.
• Proven experience within Aviation as flight crew or engineer, or within a closely related industry to provide credibility.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Teach a range of CAA/EASA ATPL subjects.
• Prepare and update CAA/EASA ATPL course materials in line with the latest syllabus.
• Invigilate and moderate appropriate CAA/EASA ATPL theory exams.
• Monitor and report trainee progress.
• Provide guidance and support to individual trainees.
• Maintain accurate course records with the Training Management System (TMS).
