NATS is recruiting for an ATM Validation professional to support the LTIP, SESAR research, and external programmes. You will travel to sites and collaborate with partners to plan, execute and report validation tasks across multiple work packages.

The role emphasises independent, user-led validation assurance, strong documentation, and proactive problem solving, with opportunities to mentor graduates and interns.

Formación

• Good honours degree in a numerate subject or equivalent work experience.
• Good understanding of Validation principles and methodologies.
• Produce well documented, high-quality work.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work in a team and support colleagues.
• Balance priorities with effective time management.
• Knowledge of NATS organisation and customer interactions is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and delivery of ATM Validation tasks.
• Complete assigned tasks within agreed timescales and quality.
• Identify and solve routine and non-routine technical problems.
• Contribute to planning, design, implementation and reporting of complex tasks.
• Provide management support within the ATM Validation Team.
• Support continuous improvement and sensible process changes.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Develop and maintain technical and professional expertise.
