Job summary

Egis is seeking a CNS/ATM Safety Assurance Engineer to join its Air Traffic Management team in Singapore, supporting safety-critical aviation projects across the APAC region. You will provide independent safety engineering and assurance throughout the lifecycle, lead safety workshops, review supplier documents, and act as regional safety SME for bids and deployments.

Qualifications

• At least five years of ATM/CNS safety engineering experience.
• Experience delivering safety activities for complex safety-critical systems.
• Proven ability to facilitate safety workshops and develop safety cases.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct safety management, system safety engineering and software safety assurance for CNS/ATM systems.
• Develop safety plans, safety strategies, safety cases and hazard logs across project lifecycles.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary safety workshops and document outcomes.
• Review safety documents and ensure traceability, evidence quality and closure of actions.
• Coordinate safety interfaces with engineering, operations, cybersecurity and QA teams.
