Job summary

NCR Atleos in the United Kingdom is seeking a Field Service Technician to support ATM cash removal at security sites and assist engineers on-site. You will travel with parts, apply security procedures, and handle small maintenance tasks with basic fault-finding skills.

The role requires a valid UK driving licence, willingness to travel long distances, and strong local knowledge. Full training and equipment are provided, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong local geographical knowledge.
• Full UK driving license; comfortable driving a large van.
• Willingness to travel long distances.
• Basic fault-finding skills: electronics or mechanical devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend high security sites to assist with ATM cash removal, wearing appropriate security gear and following all procedures.
• Carry and deliver parts to engineers on-site, assisting as needed.
• Manage stock control: return used parts, order replacements, and maintain inventory.
• Handle low-level maintenance requests (P1, P4) independently.
