NoteMachine (a Brink's Company) is seeking a Field Service Engineer to maintain and repair our nationwide ATM network. You will operate in the North West London area, traveling to sites to ensure maximum uptime and reliable cash access for customers.

The role requires hands-on electro-mechanical engineering, strong fault-finding abilities and a customer-focused approach. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential, with a company van provided for field work.

Qualifications

• Experience in electro-mechanical field service roles.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused, with good communication abilities.
• Full UK driving licence with minimal penalty points.
• Willingness to travel within a defined region and work weekends on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Carry out second-line break-fix repairs and preventative maintenance across ATMs (Triton, NCR, Wincor).
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues safely and efficiently.
• Deliver high levels of customer service during site visits.
• Record repairs, parts usage and service activity accurately.
