Job summary

NoteMachine, part of the BRINK’s group, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service ATMs across the UK. You will perform maintenance, diagnose issues, and deliver exceptional customer service while traveling on a 4-on/4-off pattern.

Qualifications

Field Service Engineering experience with electro-mechanical systems.
ATM experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to travel and work weekends/holidays on rotation.
Valid UK driving licence (max 6 points).
Clear, confident communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Perform second-line break-fix and preventive maintenance on ATMs (Triton, Wincor, NCR).
Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues and ensure on-time, in-full machine provisioning.
Document all service transactions and maintain detailed repair/replacement records.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends through training.
Conduct quality control checks to meet company standards.
