Brink’s is seeking a friendly ATM Field Service Engineer to join the engineering team. You will perform maintenance and break-fix on ATMs across trusted brands, while delivering outstanding service and keeping thorough records of repairs and visits.

The role requires strong technical skills, a valid UK driver’s license, and the ability to work independently. Weekend availability and professional development are part of the job, with full benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service engineering; ATM experience desirable.
• Valid UK driver’s license with limited points.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform second-line break-fix and preventive maintenance on ATMs (Triton, Wincor, NCR).
• Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide professional customer service with respect and courtesy.
• Document all service transactions and repairs accurately.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends via training.
