Job summary

CBSbutler Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced Atlassian Technical Engineer to join a high-profile technology environment on a 6-month contract. The role is based in Telford with a hybrid pattern of 2 days onsite per week.

Eligible candidates must be willing to undergo SC security clearance. This role involves configuring, optimising and delivering Atlassian solutions across Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo and Jira Service Management, including migrations, upgrades and API-driven

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience delivering Atlassian solutions.
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence administration.
• Experience migrations, upgrades and consolidations.
• Atlassian migration accreditation or certification.
• Experience administering Bitbucket and Bamboo.
• Strong Jira Service Management configuration experience.
• API and scripting knowledge.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevOps and ITIL.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and optimise Atlassian platforms.
• Deliver Jira and Confluence upgrades, migrations and consolidations.
• Perform technical assessments and health checks.
• Administer Jira and Confluence instances.
• Support Bitbucket and Bamboo.
• Configure Jira Service Management, including queues, SLAs and automation.
• Develop integrations using APIs and scripting.
• Automate application upgrades and testing through CI/CD tooling.
• Work directly with stakeholders and customers to deliver effective Atlassian solutions.

Salary: £114,400 - 114,400 per year

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience delivering Atlassian solutions

We are recruiting for an experienced Atlassian Technical Engineer to join a high-profile technology environment on a 6-month contract at a rate of £440 per day. The role is based in Telford with a hybrid working pattern of 2 days onsite per week. We need candidates who are willing and eligible to go through SC security clearance. This is a technically challenging opportunity to take ownership of the configuration, optimisation, migration and technical delivery of Atlassian solutions across Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo and Jira Service Management.
