Job summary

ON RUNNING is seeking an Athlete Services Specialist to drive the operational backbone of its athlete ecosystem. You will streamline seeding logistics, forecasting, on-site experiences, and admin workflows to deliver seamless support for world-class athletes and Athlete Managers.

Reporting to the Athlete Strategy & Partnership team, you will collaborate across product, marketing, and finance, embodying an athlete-first mindset with confidentiality and discretion at the heart of all interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain or operations with emphasis on order-entry workflows and forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/RPA systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and data tools.
• Proven track record in event planning and on-site hospitality for high-profile talent.

Responsibilities

• Streamline seeding logistics and product forecasting to support regional and global athlete ecosystems.
• Coordinate on-site event experiences and premium hospitality for elite athletes and partners.
• Manage administrative workflows to reduce friction for Athlete Managers and athletes.
