Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Senior Operations Manager/Associate Director to lead delivery of high-profile NFL International activations, spanning planning, coordination and on-ground execution across markets. You'll own core production workstreams and work with Senior Operations & Production Director to ensure seamless delivery.

The role requires 6–8 years in operations and production within experiential sports environments, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to travel for multi-market

Qualifications

• 6–8 years’ experience in operations and production within experiential and sports industries.
• Experience delivering large-scale activations across multiple markets.
• Strong budget management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site production lead, managing workstreams and coordinating suppliers and stakeholders.
• Oversee local production elements including print, fabrication, and technical installations.
• Support live event delivery, including production office management and schedule coordination.
• Maintain smooth delivery across build, live, and de‑rig phases with high standards of execution.
• Work with senior leadership to escalate issues and implement solutions efficiently.
• Collaborate with production, account and agency teams to deliver integrated solutions.
