Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Contract Project Engineer at its Chirk site to drive ATEX-related projects, identify dust explosion hazards and improve site compliance. You will lead scoping, budgeting and execution, collaborating with operations, EHS and maintenance teams to deliver safe, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• ATEX experience in process/manufacturing industries.
• Experience identifying and mitigating dust explosion hazards.
• Ability to develop CAPEX estimates and business cases.
• Proven project management across lifecycle from concept to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ATEX-related projects across the site.
• Assess plant/equipment to identify ATEX gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, EHS and maintenance teams.
• Develop scopes, budgets and business cases for investments.
• Ensure projects deliver safe, compliant, and on-time results.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers as required.
• Provide progress updates and manage risks.
