Job summary

Marshall Group is seeking an Air Traffic Controller (ATCO) for our Cambridge airport operations. You will provide Tower, Radar and Approach services for a mix of military and civilian traffic, ensuring safe sequencing and prioritising efficiency in a dynamic environment.

The role requires holding a UK CAA ATC license with ADI/APS where possible, a Class 3 medical certificate, and English proficiency at ATCO Level 6. A competitive salary and flexible benefits are on offer.

Qualifications

• UK CAA ATC license with ADI and APS preferred.
• UK Class 3 medical certificate.
• ATCO English Level 6 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tower, Radar and Approach services for Cambridge City Airport.
• De-conflict aircraft from vehicles and ground obstructions at all times.
• Follow CAP 493, MATS Part 1 and Part 2, and Cambridge City Airport safety documentation.
