Marshall Group in Cambridge is seeking an Air Traffic Controller to join our airport operations. As an ATCO you’ll provide Tower, Radar and Approach services to Cambridge City Airport, ensuring safe and efficient aircraft movement.
You will work in a small, motivated team and follow CAA standards and local instructions. Hold a UK CAA ATC license with ADI rating (APS preferred) and a Class 3 medical certificate; English proficiency Level 6 is required.

As an ATCO at Marshall, you’ll play a vital role in the safe and efficient movement of a diverse range of military and civilian aircraft. Working as part of a small, highly motivated team, you’ll provide Tower, Radar and Approach services, gaining valuable experience across a varied and engaging operational environment. As an ATCO you will provide a safe, orderly, and expeditious flow of ATC services to all aircraft operating under Instrument & Visual flights rules when arriving, departing, or operating in the vicinity of Cambridge City Airport, de-conflict aircraft from vehicles and other obstructions on the ground while operating at all times within the limitations of their ATC license. You will ensure that all services are provided in conformance with CAA Regulatory Standards and local Cambridge City Airport instructions including CAP 493 (MATS Part 1), MATS Part 2, the Cambridge City Airport Safety Management System, and all other documentation to assure the initial and on-going safety of ATC Operations.
