Job summary

Serco is recruiting a Housing Officer for the AASC Oldham and Tameside contract. The role is full time (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday) with a driving licence and a company car provided. You will ensure property standards, deliver welfare support, and manage incidents and inspections within the IA.

Ideal candidates will have service-sector experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be IT-literate with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services required under the AASC contract to support Service Users in the IA.
• Complete monthly property inspections to ensure standards and targets are met.
• Provide welfare support and signposting to Service Users.
• Respond to issues, requests and incidents reported via the AIRE Services.
