Job summary

Bath and North East Somerset Council is seeking a Social Worker (ASYE) in the Adolescent and Child Exploitation Team. The role is permanent, full-time (37 hours), based at Civic Centre, Keynsham, with a salary of £39,481-£42,123 per annum.

You will manage complex caseloads, write professional assessments, and work in partnership with families and partner agencies to support vulnerable children and young people while applying trauma-informed, relationship-based practice.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to analyse information and formulate outcome focused plans.
• Experience writing professional assessments and reports.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of children, young people and families with complex needs.
• Coordinate and deliver a range of social care services for vulnerable groups.
• Develop outcome focused plans in partnership with families and teams.
• Contribute to safeguarding and multi-agency working.
