Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
• Qualified Practice Educator with significant supervision experience.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Experience in Adult Social Care with up-to-date legislation knowledge.
• Mentoring experience with students and newly qualified staff.
• Subject matter expert in professional social work practice.
• Ability to build strong partner relationships and community links.
• Understanding of value for money interventions.
• Proven track record of clear decision making to manage risk.
• Evidence of delivering workforce projects and initiatives.

• Developing the ASYE programme to ensure high-quality support.
• Contribute to strategic development of ASYE across Essex and beyond.
• Design and deliver training and workshops with effective facilitation.
• Coach across social care to promote best practice and creativity.
• Develop a Workforce Development strategy for staff needs.
• Create blended learning opportunities tailored to staff groups.
• Support workforce planning and career development initiatives.
• Provide expert advice and guidance for social workers.
• Build strong relationships with partners and volunteers to support outcomes.
