Job summary

Qualifications
- Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
- Experience supervising learners as a Practice Educator or equivalent.
- Continued professional development evidence.
- Extensive Adult Social Care practice knowledge, legislation and guidance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate the ASYE programme across Adult Social Care.
- Provide coaching and mentoring for NQSWs and experienced staff.
- Design and deliver training and workshops for learners and staff.
- Build relationships with partners, agencies and the community to support practice.
- Develop workforce strategies, training opportunities and flexible career pathways.
- Offer expert advice and guidance to social workers.
