Associate/VP, Corporate Finance M&A (Investment Banking)

Full-time M&A Associate or Vice President role based in Notting Hill, London.

We are seeking candidates with M&A Investment Banking or Transaction Services experience to help drive deals from inception to execution.

The role includes:

1. Process Coordination

• Coordinating internal processes and team members
• Engaging with investors and business owners
• Valuation modelling and forecasting

Execution of M&A Due Diligence Processes

• Liaising with business owners and accountants to address Due Diligence requests
• Working with Private Equity investors and their Due Diligence partners during execution

Preparing marketing materials (PowerPoint)

• Assisting in creating investor materials, such as slides highlighting represented companies
