Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, structure, and execute complex credit and equity investments backed by real estate and other asset classes.
• Conduct detailed financial modeling, due diligence, and market analysis to support investment decisions.
• Lead workstreams and liaise with legal, tax, and other advisors through transaction execution.
• Monitor portfolio performance and assist in active asset management.
• Prepare investment memos and present to internal investment committees.

Candidate Profile:

• 3–8 years of experience in private equity, credit investing, investment banking, or real estate investing.
• Strong exposure to structured finance, real estate-backed lending, or opportunistic investing.
• Solid financial modeling and analytical skills; familiarity with deal structuring and execution processes.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and project management skills.
