Following significant & continued investment, they are scaling rapidly through strategic acquisitions worldwide. Their innovative cloud-based solutions empower businesses across industries to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and drive growth.

The Opportunity:

Due to their ambitious growth strategy, they are now seeking an experienced candidate to join their small specialist M&A Integration team. This is a pivotal role within the expanding organisation as they continue to identify and integrate complementary businesses globally.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll be instrumental in driving successful integration programmes post-acquisition, working across multiple international deals simultaneously. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading or supporting complex integration workstreams from due diligence through to completion and post-merger implementation
  • Developing and executing detailed integration plans that maximise synergy capture while minimising business disruption
  • Collaborating with functional leads across technology, finance, HR, and operations to ensure seamless integration of people, processes, and systems
  • Creating robust governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to track integration progress against key milestones
  • Identifying and mitigating integration risks through proactive planning and swift resolution
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders across newly acquired businesses to facilitate cultural alignment and knowledge transfer
  • Establishing best practices and continuous improvement of the integration methodology

Candidate requirements:

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Significant M&A integration experience potentially from a Big 4 consultancy, boutique advisory firm, or equivalent corporate environment (or internal)
  • Proven track record managing or supporting complex, cross-border integrations
  • Ideally a strong understanding of SaaS business models and technology integration challenges
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at C-suite level
  • Outstanding project management capabilities and experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and realise synergy opportunities
  • Adaptability and resilience when working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required for on-site integration activities
